HOW TO MAKE REGI VADIYALU:

Ingredients:
- Regi Pallu = handful (approx 250 gm)
- Green Mirchi + Red Mirchi = 8 (adjust as per taste)
- Rock Salt = as per taste
- Jeera = 1 tsp
- Jaggery = 1 Table Spoon (adjust as per taste)

Procedure:
- Make a kacha pacha mixture of Mirchi + Salt + Jeera
- Add Regi Pallu and again make a kacha pacha mixture
- Add Jaggery
- Again make a kacha pacha mixture until everything well mixed
- Make small vadas using this mixture
- Sun dry them until well dried both sides.
- Store in airtight container.
