Have you tried halloumi cheese? I forgot how good it is on a toastie and perfect for brunch on the weekend ????

Here I’ve marinated it in a sweet and spicy dressing which is so yummy with the salty cheese.

Then served over smashed avo toast with a simple arugula salad????
