For the big Game Day coming up, this sweet corn guacamole is a must-make recipe. I love that it adds just a hint of sweetness with the sweet corn, but still keeps the lime and cilantro flavors!

INGREDIENTS

- 4 ripe avocados
- lime juice from 1 lime
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup frozen sweet corn thawed
- 1 jalapeño seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS
 
- In a bowl, combine the avocados, lime juice, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash until the avocados are slightly mashed but still chunky.
- Add the sweet corn, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Mix until well combined. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Serve immediately.
